2 cups leftover rice
1 tsp mustard seeds
4-5 nos green chillies
1 pinch salt
1 cups onions
4-5 nos curry leaves
1/4 cups coriander leaves
1 tsp hing
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp oil
Directions
In a pan heat oil then add mustard seeds, hing, turmeric powder, green chillies, onions curry leaves, , leftover rice, salt, and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
