Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover rice


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 4-5 nos green chillies


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 cups onions


  • 4-5 nos curry leaves


  • 1/4 cups coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp hing


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • In a pan heat oil then add mustard seeds, hing, turmeric powder, green chillies, onions curry leaves, , leftover rice, salt, and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
